Friday, April 3, 2020: Governor Desantis initiated a Stay-At-Home order for the State of Florida. Under this Order, CRF Communities is considered an “Essential Service” and we will continue to follow CDC Guidelines throughout all practices.

Here is what you need to know:

  1. All sales offices are closed to the public. We are making every effort to avoid in-person interactions. If you are interested in a home, please call the community Sales Office or send a message/email.
  2. If you are interested in buying a home, contact the sales agent via phone or email. They will coordinate with the current owner to schedule a tour – if the owner has opted out of in-person tours, then the sales agent will send you additional details/photos on the home as needed.
  3. Our on-site staff is practicing Social Distancing with one another as well as limiting the number of persons in each office at any given time.
  4. Our staff members are keeping offices cleaned and sanitized. Additionally, our teams have been instructed to use gloves when processing paperwork and opening mail.
  5. Clubhouses & numerous amenities are temporarily closed. Our residents have been notified of the closure of common areas including community clubhouses, pools, etc – this is in accordance with the CDC’s & local governments directives.
  6. On-site management offices are closed but operational. Similar to the Sales Offices, our management teams are available via phone or email. All in-person interactions have been suspended.

We care greatly for our residents, guests and staff and want to be sure that we are doing everything we can to keep them safe. We will get through this together (apart). Thank you for your understanding and as always, we wish you the very best.
