CRF Communities' beginnings date back to 1979 when our owner developed his first active-adult manufactured home community in Winter Haven, Florida. Today, still family-owned and operated, the company owns and manages a growing portfolio of 15 retirement communities. Unlike other property owners, we do not buy and sell our communities; we hold and nurture them; some for over 30 years! All of our properties are located in Central Florida, within an hour's drive of our downtown Lakeland corporate office; This proximity allows for effective hands-on management and first-hand perspective.

 

At CRF, we are proud of the properties we own and are dedicated to upholding the quality standards established over 40 years ago. We are continuously updating and improving our communities. Whether it be landscaping the common areas, repaving the streets, updating our amenities, or even adding park benches, we take pride in it all!
