How many pets can I own? 

Up to two domestic pets are allowed per household.

 

Are there sizes and breed restrictions?

Leash Laws?

Polk County Ordinance states that leashes are required in any public/private street, sidewalk, or park. Dogs must remain leashed when outside the home within the community.

*All pets must be current on vaccines and wear all required tags and identification per state and local laws.
