Friday, May 15th, 2020: CRF Communities continues to follow the guidelines from the Federal, State, County and Municipal Authorities. We will continue to use a deliberate, multi-phase approach to re-opening our Communities that we believe to be safe, smart and thoughtful.
The following update provides what aspects of the Communities will be re-opened Monday, May 18th:
- Clubhouses will re-open on Monday, May 18th with limited capacity and restrictions. The Great Room in the Clubhouses will be open (with proper protocol – Social Distancing must be observed), limited to 25% of capacity. This capacity number will limit the number of residents allowed in the Clubhouse at one time and will be posted at the front entrance of the clubhouse. Clubhouses will be open from 8 am to 4 pm on Monday – Friday. All areas of the clubhouse other than the great rooms (Fitness Rooms, Billiards Rooms, Kitchens, etc.) will be closed at this point (and will re-open at a later date). Organized Activities, Meetings and Special Events will not be permitted until further notice. We strongly encourage our residents to wear masks while inside the Clubhouse.
- Pools and Spas will re-open on Monday, May 18th with limited capacity and restrictions. The number of residents allowed in the pool area at any time will be limited to 50% of the pool capacity and this number will be posted at the pool gate area. Spas will be open, but are limited to 1 resident at a time (or 2 if it is a spouse or couple). Pools and spas will be open from 8 am to 4 pm on Monday – Friday. Residents will be restricted to 2 hours at a time at the pool and spa, and must adhere to Social Distancing guidelines (at least 6 ft apart). This will allow more residents to enjoy the pool and spa area, due to the limited capacity. Every 2 hours during the opened hours, the pool area will be shut down for a brief period of time, as the chairs and lounges will be cleaned and sanitized. Organized Activities will not be permitted until further notice. Only Residents of the Community are permitted to be in the pool area until further notice.

Friday, April 3, 2020: Governor Desantis initiated a Stay-At-Home order for the State of Florida. Under this Order, CRF Communities is considered an “Essential Service" and we will continue to follow CDC Guidelines throughout all practices.
Here is what you need to know:
  1. All sales offices are closed to the public. We are making every effort to avoid in-person interactions. If you are interested in a home, please call the community Sales Office or send a message/email.
  2. If you are interested in buying a home, contact the sales agent via phone or email. They will coordinate with the current owner to schedule a tour - if the owner has opted out of in-person tours, then the sales agent will send you additional details/photos on the home as needed.
  3. Our on-site staff is practicing Social Distancing with one another as well as limiting the number of persons in each office at any given time.
  4. Our staff members are keeping offices cleaned and sanitized. Additionally, our teams have been instructed to use gloves when processing paperwork and opening mail.
  5. Clubhouses & numerous amenities are temporarily closed. Our residents have been notified of the closure of common areas including community clubhouses, pools, etc - this is in accordance with the CDC's & local governments directives.
  6. On-site management offices are closed but operational. Similar to the Sales Offices, our management teams are available via phone or email. All in-person interactions have been suspended.
We care greatly for our residents, guests and staff and want to be sure that we are doing everything we can to keep them safe. We will get through this together (apart). Thank you for your understanding and as always, we wish you the very best.
